Shipping, Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Production and Shipping Times
Our products are made to order, and production times for our products vary but are approximately between 4 – 6 business days, plus 3 days for every 6 additional items. Shipping times are approximately 5 - 7 business days. So, between ordering to receiving your order, it could take up 15 – 20 days, depending on the number of items you ordered, provided there are no shipping and production delays.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel an order due to an error, within 8 hrs of placing it. Please e-mail us at cancellationsandreturns@gaisportrait.com
Reporting Issues with the Product
If issues arise about an order, please be sure to contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. In the subject line, please include the Oder Number so that we can easily track your order. Include a clear explanation of the issue and photos that illustrate the problem.
We may ask for more information or photos if the ones submitted are not clear enough. We take quality concerns very seriously so it may take a bit longer to review a problem and / or come up with a solution. However, we express our willingness to work with you for a best resolution.
Returns
Gaia’s Portrait bear the cost of returns for products that have a manufacturing defect. For any other reasons of returning a product aside from a manufacturing defect, the customer had to pay for the cost of return shipping. All returns must be received within 15 days of your request being granted.
Delivery and Shipping Issues
We do not remake orders that are marked as delivered. When we pass the order onto the carrier, the customer now legally owns the product. Any issues with non-delivery or delays, please inform us right away so that we can work with the carrier for some solutions on your behalf. Email us right away and include the Order Number on the subject line for ease of tracking.
Regarding damaged package and goods during shipping, email us within 3 days of receiving it, with you order number on the subject line and include good photos of the damaged package.
Wrong Address and Insufficient Address Provided
If you have provided the address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the goods will be returned to our manufacturer’s facility, and you will be responsible for the reshipment costs, once the updated address is confirmed.
Tariffs and Import Fees
Gaia’s Portrait is not responsible for any tariff and/ or import fees of any order.
Refunds
To obtain a refund, the following situations must be met:
1. When Gaia’s Portrait is not able to supply part or all of your order due to unavailability or production and shipment issues.
2. When changes requested or cancellation is requested within 10 hrs of placing the order.
3. When an order has manufacturing defect and is approved for returns.
If the conditions above describes your situation, a full refund will be issued.
